How to create Support Case?

 

 

1)Login to your Cloud Portal

2)After login, click "Support Cases" from the left menu and click "Create New"

 

3)Select a Department

-Customer Service [Account Registered Location]

General enquiries, billing or product related questions

 

-Power Support [Global]

Standard support services for Cloud subscription

 

-Professional Services [Global]

With order of Professional Services

 

4)Input subject and message

5)Attached information file if required

6)Click “Submit”
