You can only activate our free WebSpace Solo plan if you have an active domain registered with us.
Domains pending registration or pending transfer are not eligible.
How to Activate the Free WebSpace Solo Plan:
1. Login to your Customer Portal
2. Click on Order button from the top menu.
3. Select Web Services.
4. Choose your preferred webspace server location (e.g., WebSpace SG, WebSpace HK).
5. Select the WebSpace Solo plan.
6. In the Domains section, choose one of the following:
-Register tab: To register a new domain with us. Enter your desired domain name and click Check.
-Transfer tab: To transfer a domain from another provider. Enter your domain name and click Check.
-My Existing Domain tab: If you already have an active domain with us. Select your domain from the list and click Check.
7. Once your domain is verified, click Order at the bottom of the page.
8. Review and agree to all terms and conditions by ticking the checkboxes.
9. Click Checkout to complete your order.
